Albums:

High quality professionally printed album in presentation box. A wide range of covers and colours are available to choose from. Prices vary depending on size of album and number of pages.

Duplicate albums:

Price includes 2 copies, ideal gifts for parents of the bride and groom.

Wall Hangings:

Acrylic Glass or canvas wall hangings are available. Price depends on size required.

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time prior to booking. Booked prices will be considered final.

Terms and Conditions

General

In signing the booking form, the client is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Payment Terms

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm any booking of JC Photography. Dates will not be considered reserved until this deposit is received. The deposit will be deducted from the balance owed for the chosen package.
The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before the wedding date. Should payment not be received one week before the event, this will be deemed cancellation of contract and JC Photography will not attend the wedding.
Extra albums, prints and services will not be ordered from the supplier until payment is received in full.

Cancellation/Postponement

The client is entitled to a full refund if they cancel or withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking.
The client may cancel their contract at any point up to the date of the wedding but in doing so will forfeit any moneys paid.
If the wedding is being rebooked for a different date, subject to availability, JC Photography will transfer the booking to the new date at no additional charge.
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural or other emergency, JC Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer able and willing to provide a similar package/price. should it not prove possible to secure a replacement, responsibility and liability is limited to a full refund of moneys paid.
The performance of this contract shall be contingent on Acts of God, flood, fire, warfare, terrorism, government laws and regulations, electrical failure, strikes and all other conditions outside the control of JC Photography.

Exclusivity/Guest Photography

The client understands and agrees that JC Photography will act as the sole and exclusive professional photographer at the event.
Wedding guests are welcome and encouraged to take their own photos at the event on the understanding that they do not interfere with or obstruct the professional photographer.

Guest Cooperation

The client is responsible for the conduct of guests at the event. JC Photography will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse. If the client is unable to control the conduct of their guests resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, this will result in the early/immediate departure of the photographer, in which case, no refunds will be granted.
JC Photography strongly recommends that someone is designated to assist in identifying and gathering people for group shots.

Vulnerable People

Our photographers are DBS checked and have undergone training on safeguarding people.
Should you be aware of any guest who may be considered vulnerable, whether adult or child, please inform us and we will ensure that no pictures of this person are used online or in any printed promotional media.

Coverage, License and Special Requests

Photographic coverage will be as the photographer's professional expertise determines and no one photograph will be deemed more important than another. Special requests are not binding instructions although every effort will be made to comply with the client's wishes.
The client understands and accepts that some churches and venues have restrictions on photography. JC Photography is not responsible for reduced coverage or obstructed view due to these restrictions.
JC Photography shall be granted complete artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The photographer's judgement shall be final.
Due to the vagaries of the weather and willingness of the subjects, it may not be possible to capture all of the images requested.

Images

All image sizes are nominal.
The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but can not guarantee exact colour matching due to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials, especially man made fibres. It is not always possible to record on film the exact colour as seen by the human eye.
Images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness etc. The photographer's judgement regarding these corrections shall be deemed correct.

Digital Files

Once payment has been received and post production has been completed, the client will receive their photographs on a USB device. The client is solely responsible for keeping the device safe and is strongly advised to immediately copy/back up the images on the USB device to a suitable computer/storage device. In the event of loss, duplicates may be ordered for an additional charge.
JC Photography guarantee to retain your images for a minimum period of one year from the date of the event.

The intellectual property rights and copyright of all images will remain with JC Photography.
The client is permitted to print the images and share them with friends and family and on social media but may not use them for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of JC Photography.
JC Photography reserves the right to use any image for publicity or advertising purposes without notification or compensation to all parties involved.

Data Protection

Please see our privacy policy. JC Photography will store client details on a database. All information remains confidential and no information will be given to any other person or company without the written permission of the client unless required to do so by law.
